Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my payment?
Commissions are paid after 30 days, on the first business day of each month. We pay our affiliates via bank transfer/PIX and there's no minimum amount to receive your money.
How can I track my referrals?
The app's Referrals page shows who started the trial or subscribed through your link. With every payment, we send you the month's summary with each customer who paid and your commission.
Do I need to be a FilmScribe customer to be an affiliate?
No, you can be an affiliate without being a FilmScribe customer. Although it's a great advantage to use FilmScribe yourself so you can talk about how it works and how it benefits your business, it's not a requirement.
When will I receive payment?
Every month with commission, we pay. There's no minimum withdrawal amount. The commission on a payment is paid after 30 days, on the first business day of the month after that. So if someone you referred pays on May 25, you're paid on the first business day of July.
Can I use my own link?
No. An account of yours signed up through your link (in your browser, with your email, tax ID or card) earns no commission. The commission is on the customers you bring.
What if I forgot to ask someone to use my URL?
Send us the name and email of the person you referred on WhatsApp. If no one else referred them, we move the account to you and the commission on their payments is yours.
