How do I receive my payment?
Commissions are paid after 30 days, on the first business day of each month. We pay our affiliates via bank transfer/PIX and there's no minimum amount to receive your money.

Do I need to be a FilmScribe customer to be an affiliate?
No, you can be an affiliate without being a FilmScribe customer. Although it's a great advantage to use FilmScribe yourself so you can talk about how it works and how it benefits your business, it's not a requirement.
When will I receive payment?
Every month, if you have at least one referral, we'll send you money. There's no minimum withdrawal amount. Referral payments are made after 30 days, on the 1st of the following month. So if you refer someone on May 25th, you'll receive payment on July 1st.
What if I forgot to ask someone to use my URL?
Send us an email with the name you referred and the referral date, and we'll manually assign the affiliate conversion to you (so you get the commission and they get the discount).
