Nobody rewatches a three-hour session
The training was recorded, and the recording now lives in a shared drive nobody opens. We split the video into chapters by topic, each with a title and timestamp: agenda, process, system walkthrough, Q&A. A new hire goes straight to the chapter they need. On Studio and Agency, each chapter also lists its key moments, like the discount rule or the step people usually get wrong.
The question someone already answered
"What's our refund window?" was almost certainly covered in some session. Search in the transcript finds the word and shows when it was said. Keep recordings in projects by department and save favorite lines. On Studio and Agency, the connector lets ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini look through your training library: ask in plain language and the answer comes from your own transcripts.
Onboarding that depends on one person
When the trainer is out, onboarding stalls. Turn each process into a short clip: we suggest clips with a score and a moment type, and you can cut your own straight from the transcript, trimmed word by word. Keep 16:9 when there is a shared screen. Every clip gets burned-in captions, and the new-hire path is ready without waiting on anyone's calendar.
Written documentation without retyping
The transcript labels each speaker and you can edit it, so product names, acronyms and internal tools are spelled the way your company spells them. Export a PDF or TXT for your knowledge base. On Studio and Agency, name your speakers and generate a flowchart of the process straight from the transcript. It is the step-by-step diagram nobody had time to draw.
Teams abroad, or watching on mute
Every session comes with an SRT file for any player and burned-in captions on clips. For offices in other countries, on Studio and Agency, captions can be translated into 9 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and English) and burned into the video too.
How long recordings stay in your account
With an active subscription, a file that goes 45 days without being opened is removed, always with an email warning first. For a permanent library, export what matters: the transcript as PDF, chapters, clips as MP4 and audio as MP3. That way the material lives in your company knowledge base, and the original recording can leave the account without losing anything.

A 2-hour onboarding, from upload to a new rep's first week
The sales manager runs onboarding for a new cohort on Teams and downloads the recording. On upload, she marks the range from minute 3, leaving out the wait for the last person to join. She picks 90 s to 3 min clips and adds one instruction: "only the CRM steps and the pricing rules".
The transcript arrives with her voice kept apart from the cohort's questions. On Studio, she renames "Speaker 1" to her own name and fixes the CRM's product name, which the company spells its own way. The chapters follow the day: welcome, pipeline, logging a new account, Q&A.
People Ops exports the PDF to the company wiki and generates a flowchart of the account setup process from what was explained. The clips tagged as teaching, with burned-in captions, become the new rep's onboarding path, kept in a project called Sales Onboarding.
The team in Mexico gets the same recording with Spanish captions. Two months later, a new rep asks ChatGPT, through the connector, what the manager said about the maximum discount. The answer comes straight from that onboarding transcript.

Does it work with Teams, Zoom or Google Meet recordings?
Yes. Download the recording as MP4 or M4A and upload it. We also accept MOV, MKV, WEBM, MP3, WAV and other formats, with no length limit. If the session is already on YouTube, just paste the link. Your plan's hours are what set the cap.
Can I see who said what?
Yes. On every plan, lines are separated by speaker. On Studio and Agency, you can rename speakers yourself or have us identify each person by name automatically. The PDF then reads "Carla" and "Robert" instead of "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2".
Can the connector change my files?
No. The Studio and Agency connector is read-only: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or VS Code can look up files, transcripts, chapters and clips and request exports. Nothing in your account is edited or deleted through it.
