What the file Overview shows

Updated

Short answer

Inside a file, Overview is the first page in the menu. It shows the file's numbers, such as the audio duration, the words transcribed and the speakers identified, what's ready to open and the summary, with the chapters and, for audio files, the synopsis. The buttons take you straight to the transcription, the clips and the chapters.

Available on Pro, Studio and Agency (every plan)

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Open the Overview

Frequently asked questions

Why don't some sections show up?

The Overview shows the sections your plan includes and that make sense for the file. Clips, for example, only exist for video.

Is the Overview the same for audio and video?

Almost. Video also shows the clips.

How do I go back to the file list?

Click Back to Uploads, at the top of the file's menu.
