Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't my file have a Clips page?
Clips are made only from video. Audio files have the transcript, chapters, emotions and the rest, but no Clips page.
What does the impact score mean?
It's the 0 to 100 score we give each clip. The higher it is, the stronger the moment. Sorting by Highest impact puts the top scores first.
Can I create a clip that isn't on the list?
Yes. Click New clip at the top of the page or select words in the transcript and use Create clip. It shows up on the Manual tab.
Does hiding a clip delete it?
No. The clip just leaves the list. In Filters, under Show, choose Hidden to see the hidden clips and bring them back.
