Hormozi style captions are big uppercase captions with a thick black outline, three words at a time, and the most important word of each phrase in another color, usually yellow. The classic version uses Montserrat at its heaviest weight (900), all caps, at 92 px on a 1080 × 1920 video. A 9 px black outline and a 3 px shadow keep it readable on any background, and each phrase pops in over 200 ms.
The key is restraint: three words per line, two lines at most, and one power word per phrase in color. Two highlighted words in the same line turn into noise.

On calm content, like a sermon, a wedding or an emotional testimonial, heavy caps can read like shouting. There, a cleaner style that lights up words as they are spoken usually fits better.

They do, but they are designed for vertical 9:16 video, where three big words fill the width of the screen. On horizontal video, raise the words per line or lower the font size so the phrase does not look lost in the middle.
