Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

The transcription usually takes a few minutes, even for long videos. After it, the clips, chapters and the rest show up as they're ready.

Do I need to keep the page open?

Not during processing. The tab only needs to stay open while the file uploads.

Where do I land when it's done?

Video opens on the Clips page and audio opens on the Transcription page.
